M.E. Horn lecture: About the Relations between inner and outer Products of Geometric Algebra (German), 8 Mar. 2013, Muenster

Martin Erik Horn (Berlin) will give a lecture at the GDM-Jahrestagung (Annual Conference of the Society of Didactics of Mathematics) at the University of Muenster, Germany.

About the Relations between inner and outer Products of Geometric Algebra)

Time: Friday, 8. March 2013, 11:15 – 11:50 h,
Venue: Westfaelische Wilhelms-Universitaet Muenster, Fuerstenberghaus, Domplatz 20-22, Room F33

Englisch translation of the abstract: Geometric Algebra offers the opportunity to give algebraic and geometric descriptions a common and didactically uniting frame. The decomposition of the geometric product proves to be central with respect to this. By means of different, alternative decompositions the inner and outer products can be analysed und modelled in a didactically accessible way.

(The lecture will be given in German.)
