Dear Colleagues,

we are going to organize the minisymposium

Complex and Hypercomplex Methods in Applications

at the
International Conference of Numerical Analysis and Applied Mathematics 2008
(ICNAAM 2008), Kos, Greece, 16-20 September 2008.

The Conference will take place at

Hotel Kypriotis Village -Kypriotis Panorama -Kypriotis
International Conference Center, Psalidi, Kos, Greece.

On behalf of the Scientific Committee of this Conference it is a great pleasure for us to invite you to come to the island of Kos and present some of your latest results. We understand applications of complex and hypercomplex methods in a sufficiently wide sense. Contributions to gauge theories, mathematical physics in general, signal and image processing, robotics, applications in engineering sciences, function spaces and applications to the theory of partial differential equations are welcome. The symposium intends to cover the use of function theoretic methods in the plane case as well as in the higher dimensional Euclidean space up to corresponding numerical methods and practical applications. It would be a great honour for us to welcome you as participant in our symposium. You will find all basic information on the conference website:

We need as soon as possible a tentative title and an abstract of about 10 lines. Please send this either to (Klaus Gürlebeck)
